Seared Salmon, roasted garlic bread pudding, grilled asparagus, smoked walnut pesto and lemon sabyon

A whole mess of cleaned soft shell crabs

Heirloom carrot salad with dates, almonds, mint, dill, garlic oil, and a port-balsamic syrup

I'm curious, what do you think of the Castle ranges? I recently bought one for my home kitchen and while It works great for me at home It seems to be a bit lighter-duty and has less BTU's than most commercial stoves.
