From last week

Fried oyster over marinated cucumber and topped with
a celery root remoulade and caviar

Lobster ravioli in a fresh oyster sauce of fennel, leeks, onions, tomatoes, fresh shucked oysters and cream surounded by a saffron-cauliflower puree
