Hello there. I've been keeping an eye on your site and am interested in (a) pictures of the specials once you have them and (b)where do you find good seafood in the area (such as squid)?

Barbara, thanks for visiting the site. For good seafood visit Kate's Fish at the West Side Market, she does a wonderful job handeling the product, and is very helpful in finding exactly what you want.

As for the pictures, the are all taken with my digital point and shoot camera. Almost all are dishes destined for customers and a quick photo is snapped right before the plate leaves the kithcen.
